It is a two storey, comfortable, bright villa of 200 sqm, from the 100 sqm floor with an internal staircase that can accommodate a total of up to 13 people.
Each floor has a living room with fireplace, bathoms, bedrooms and kitchen - the villa has 2 kitchens.

The ground floor has a living room with a three-seater sofa bed, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 independent rooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a semi-detached room (twin beds) .
On the large veranda overlooking the pool there is a table with its chairs as well as sun loungers. Also a barbecue with all its equipment (grills, ties, coals, coins, matches).
The first floor also has a large living room with fireplace and 2 three-seater sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, two independent bedrooms with one double bed each, a bathroom and two balconies.
On the balcony with amazing sea view, the surrounding area of ​​Chania and the swimming pool, there is a table with its chairs. Even a smaller balcony of one of the two bedrooms, overlooks the green olive trees surrounding the villa.
The villa has central heating and cooling / heating air conditioning throughout.
 All rooms have wardrobes and all beds have anatomic and comfortable mattresses.
The private pool is 8m x 4m and 2m deep and is surrounded by lush green grass. The villa does not have a children's pool.
